RETAIL RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

 Your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Returns & Authorization
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.
To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team at
254-965-2026 or sales@westandcompanyjewelry.com.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
When submitting a claim, please include:

Item number(s)
Invoice or order number
Description of the issue
Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.

Return Conditions
All items must be returned new, unworn, and unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Worn items are not eligible for return.
Items must be carefully packaged in a padded envelope or appropriate box with packing material.
The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Shipping & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
West & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds & Credits
Approved returns for damaged or defective items will receive either a replacement or store credit, unless otherwise specified.
Credits are issued to your account; refunds are not provided.

Final Sale Items
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Closeout items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, repairs, or refunds.

Terms & Conditions:

Payment is due in full at time of order shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  West and Company, Inc. reserves the right to assess 10% restocking fees on orders ready to ship that are left pending more than 10 business days.  

 

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We strive to provide the highest quality products and service in our industry.  However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your product or there is a discrepancy in the items received, you must follow our return policy for proper account credit:

  • Authorization must be obtained for all returns by contacting customer service at 254-965-2026 or sales@westandcompanyjewelry.com.
  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Claims must include:
    • Item numbers
    • Invoice date and number
    • Description of damage.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number will then be issued for the return item(s). Replacement merchandise or account credit will be issued for damaged or defective items. (Absolutely NO return for worn items.)
  • Returns will not be processed without an RA number issued by West & Co. 
  • West & Co is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item. 
  • West & Co is not responsible for lost packages. 
  • All items must be returned new and unused in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Returns must be carefully packaged in padded envelope or appropriate size box with packing material. Please clearly label your package with the Return Authorization number provided to you by customer service.
